They relocated to New Orleans in 1967 before finally settling in Virginia in 1969 and spent many years with their children and grandchildren. A devoted Catholic, Kitsy was a loving mother and grandmother, and her family was the center of her life. She loved visiting family and hosting holiday parties and other gatherings. Kitsy was loved by all those who knew her and left a lasting impression because of her loving, fun and gentle spirit. She leaves behind a legacy of loving kindness and generosity as a selfless nurturing mother to all her children and grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 9 to 10am Friday, March 2 at Covenant Funeral Service, 1310 Courthouse Road, Stafford. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. March 2 at at Saint Mary's Catholic Church, 1009 Stafford Avenue, Fredericksburg, VA.
