N.Castle, wife of Bert Mullen died at Jameson Memorial Hosp today [Wednesday] after a 4 days illness. Born 23 May 1882 in Williamsfield, dau of the late Solomon Barnes & Louisa Bates. She was a member of Epworth Methodist Church, the Dorcas Sunday School Class, Wimodausis Eastern Star-185, Group 3 of the WMS & the Womans Benefit Assoc.
Surviving are her husband Bert, whom she married in 1906; a dau: Marguerite Mullen-at home, 3 sis: MrsThomas Mahan-Greenville; MrsEva Mahan-Jamestown; MrsLaura Kauffman Jamestown; a bro: Guy Barnes-Anodver OH. A son: Dale Mullen died 17 Jun 1949 & a sis: Myrtle Robinson also preceded her in death.
Services will be held Saturday [2-5] from the Bush-Myers Home for Funeral with RevShellen-backer in charge. Interment will be in OakPark Cem.
