Church Will Be Buried Friday Funeral services for Mrs. Alice Toole Barnes, widow of the late Theodore Barnes, resident of Washington since 1870, died yesterday morning at her home, 2133 Wisconsin Avenue in her eighty-first year, will be held Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Mount Tabor Methodist Protestant Church followed by interment in Oak Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Barnes was born in Albemarle County and came to Washington when she married. She was the oldest and a charter member of the Mount Tabor Methodist Protestant Church and up to her death one of its most active members.
She is survived by six children, Major Theodore Barnes, former White house aide, now stationed at Maxwell Field, Montgomery, Alabama; Major Julian F. Barnes of Fort Sill, Oklahoma; Mrs. George A. Weaver, Mrs. Pauline B. Woodruff, Miss Mabel Barnes and Miss Elizabeth Barnes.

Funeral from Mount Taber Church, Thirty-fifth Street and Wisconsin Avenue on Friday afternoon, September 23 at 2 o'clock. Interment at Oak Hill Cemetery.
