He was a former resident of Norfolk having moved to Omaha 40 yeas ago. His wife was the former Syvilla Smith of Norfolk. He was survived by his wife, 1 step daughter, 1 brother Oscar M. at Omaha, 4 sisters: Mrs. Arthur Brittain at Council Bluffs, Iowa; Mrs. Kate Rowan at Omaha, Mrs. Ollie Apple at Los Angeles, California; Mrs. J.
