Dorothy, of Beaumont, passed away at Harbor Hospice House after a lengthy illness.
Dot was a 1947 graduate of Beaumont High School and attended Lamar Junior College. She retired from Beaumont Independent School District, after serving as an instructional aide with the Deaf Co-Op.
Survived by her husband of sixty years, James R. (Jimmy) Barlow; children, James E. Barlow, Douglas M. Barlow and wife Connie, and David W. Barlow and wife Darlene; grandchildren, Cliff Barlow and wife Leslie, Hilary Smith and husband Chris, Heather Barlow, Sky Barlow and Josh Barlow and numerous nephews and nieces.
