Final rites will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Foster & Good funeral home for Mrs. Sevilla Hazel OLDFATHER, 53, 521 East Eighth street, who died at 11:22 a.m. Thursday in Woodlawn hospital. The Rev. C. J. MOWRER will officiate. Burial will be in the I.O.O.F. cemetery here. Friends may call at the funeral home.
Born Feb. 7, 1916, in St. Joseph county, Mich., she was the daughter of Ivin and Ketherine GARLAND BARKMAN. Her father died Oct. 16. Her marriage was in 1958, at Rochester, to Arthur A. OLDFATHER, who survives. Mrs. Oldfather was an employee at the Indiana cafe here and attended the Church of God in Rochester. She had resided in this area 27 years, moving from Michigan.
Surviving with her husband and mother are one daughter, Mrs. Daniel (Linda) WHETSTONE, Tippecanoe; three sisters, Mrs. John (Wava) STOLLEY, Topeka, Kan.; Mrs. Sam (Ella) WALLACE, Rochester, and Mrs. Clarence (Myrtie) HAND, Beach Grove; one brother, Elton BARKMAN, Burr Oak, Mich., and nieces and nephews.
