Wayne - Mrs Grace B. Plaisted, died Monday evening at Ithaca, following a lingering illness. She was born in Hammondsport, May 3, 1892 and had resided in Wayne with her husband for the past 20 years. She was 56 years of age.
Survivors include her husband; three daughters Mrs. Walter Swarthout and Mrs. Harold Day, of Wayne; Mrs. Richard Palmer of Cortland; two sons, Elmer Plaisted of Ithaca and Merton Plaisted of Wayne; brother, Samuel Barkley; seven grandsons and three granddaughters.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m., from the family home in Wayne. The Rev. Benjamin Disbrow of Dundee will officiate and burial will be made in Pleasant Valley Cemetery.
