Mrs. Josie Barfield
Fort Valley - The mother of Warner Robins City Building Inspector George Barfield, Mrs. Josie Elizabeth Barfield, 60, died Tuesday in the Peach County Hospital. Funeral services were scheduled for today at the First United Methodist Church with burial in Oaklawn Cemetery.
Mrs. Barfield was a lifelong resident of Peach County and was a member of the Fort Valley Unite Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband, W.B. Barfield, three other sons, Barney Barfield, Warren L. Barfield, and Billy Jones; two daughters, Mrs. Murray Law and Mrs. Joe Mullis; two sisters, Mrs. Clifton Byrd and Mrs. Henry Smith and a brother, Edwin Jones.
The family will be at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Mullis.
