Mrs. H.B. Ake died at 4 p.m. Wednesday at the family residence, 1019 East Ninth Street, and her remains were taken to Marianna Thursday morning on the Choctaw for burial. Mr. Ake and his two motherless daughters and one son, also her sister, Mrs. W.D. Newburn, and her husband and Mr. and Mrs. Walter Cotter, accompanied the remains to the former home of the deceased to attend the funeral. Mrs. Ake had been an invalid for the last year. They had lived in Dallas, Texas for a time and about three weeks ago returned to Littl Rock, where Mrs. Ake gradually got weaker until the end came. Mr. Ake is bookkeeper for Walter Cotter.
