RITES HELD FOR ALICE BANKS
Rites were conducted at the Rosehill cemetery this afternoon for Mrs. Alice Banks, 38, who died Friday in Detroit. Rev. P. A. Deery, pastor of the St. Charles church, officiated.
Pallbearers were: Frank Murphy, Robert Layman, Charles Murphy, Carl Layman, Joseph Layman, and Lawrence Short.
The body was brought overland from Indianapolis this morning to the Arthur Day Funeral Home.
Mrs. Banks was a former resident of Bloomington, having been born and reared in this city. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Monroe Jones, deceased. She leaves the husband, Frank Banks; one brother, Leo Jones and a sister, Louise Filley, both of Cleveland, Ohio.
