Frances L. Anger, 91, of Madison, died Friday, July 2, 2004, at The Waters of Clifty Falls.

She was born Oct. 13, 1912, in North Vernon, the daughter of John and Lattie Watson Banks. She was a retired registered nurse and was a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church.

Surviving are one daughter, Joan Anger Essex-Mears of Hanover; eight grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Herman J. Anger; and two sisters, Bessie Cassidy and Jessie Haney.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Patrick's Chapel, with burial in St. Patrick's Cemetery.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today and from 9:30 to 10:15 a.m. Tuesday at Lytle-Gans Funeral Home.

The rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the charity of the donor's choice. Cards are available at the funeral home.
