Anna "Lois" Bandy (1925 - 2011)
Anna "Lois" Bandy, 86, of Mineral Wells passed away Friday, May 27, 2011, in Mineral Wells. Funeral: 2 p.m. Tuesday at Salesville Baptist Church, the Rev. Lonnie DeArmond officiating. Burial will be in the Perrin Memorial Garden Cemetery. Pallbearers: Robert Langford, Jimmy Freeman, Rusty Bandy, Wayne Bandy, Ross Bandy and Dan Earl.
Mrs. Bandy was born May 1, 1925, in Douglas, Ariz., the daughter of Joshua Teller and Carrie Thompson Wilson. She married Jerry Bandy Oct. 27, 1943, in Louisville, Ky., and moved to Mineral Wells in 1939. She was a licensed vocational nurse and a member of the Salesville Baptist Church. The family would like to thank Integracare for their services.
Survivors: Her husband, Jerry Bandy of Mineral Wells; sons and daughters-in-law, Jerry Ted and Cindy Bandy and Gary Lynn and Jacqueline Bandy, all of Mineral Wells; grandson, Jonathan Caleb Bandy of Mineral Wells; sister, Edna and husband, Bill Webb, of Mineral Wells; brother, Jack T. and wife, Pat Wilson, of Burleson; friend, Dorothy Schiendler; numerous nieces and nephews.
