Celia Mae Bandy, 87, of Baughman Avenue, died Monday at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center.

Born Sept. 20, 1911, in Mercer County, she was a daughter of the late John R. and Roberta Mayes Rogers.

She was a homemaker, a member of Temple Baptist Church and the widow of Linnie L. Bandy.

Survivors include a son, Roger D. Bandy of Orange Park, Fla.; three daughters, Dollye M. Bandy of Danville, Edith Iris Webster of Frankfort and Sandra F. King of Perryville; three grandsons; and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, Robert L. Bandy.

Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Preston-Pruitt Funeral Home by Jeff E. King. Burial will be in Danville Memorial Gardens.
