ADAMO, Florence Balzer, 80, of Port Richey, Fla., passed away very peacefully July 31, 2006. She was born in Staten Island, N.Y., and attended Tottenville High School. She married George A. Adamo Jr., who predeceased her after 55 years of marriage. Upon retiring, she moved in 1982 to Jasmine Lakes, New Port Richey, and worked in doctors' offices. She was a member of the West Pasco Genealogy Society and the Jasmine Lake Community Civic Association Inc. She also was a 25-year member of the Order of the Eastern Star in New York. Survivors include two sons, Richard Adamo and wife, Debora, and Everett Adamo and wife, Betsy; grandchildren, Robert Adamo and Kelly, Brian Adamo and Christina, Melissa O'Reilly and Ian, and Kyle Adamo; great-grandchildren, William Robert and Clayton Eugene; sister-in-law, Anna Marie Adamo; nieces, Sharon, Lynn and Sally; and cousins, Edna and Harold Nunaman. Services will take place at 11 a.m. August 22 at Michels' Lundquist Funeral Home, New Port Richey. Interment will be private at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell.
