Mrs. Baltimore was born May 6, 1867, near St. Thomas, daughter of the late Joseph R. and Mary Goeins Winters. She held membership in the St. James A.M.E. Church and the Household of Ruth No. 54. She was an active and loyal church member for more than 70 years and had served as superintendent of the Sunday school, church organist, choir director and as a district Sunday school superintendent for many years.
Mrs. Baltimore is survived by one nephew John Stumbaugh and two great nieces. Miss Leona Anderson and Mrs. Pauline Brown, all of Chambersburg. She is also survived by numerous relatives by marriage.
