Born on Oct. 20, 1913, in Shawnee-on-Delaware, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Ella (Treible) Balmoos and had lived in the area most of her life. She had lived in Lake City, Fla., from 1980 to 1995 before returning to Stroudsburg.
She worked as a cook at East Stroudsburg State College, now East Stroudsburg University.
Beulah was a member of the Faith United Methodist Church, Stroudsburg.
She is survived by a daughter, Grace Walters and her husband, Jack, of Stroudsburg; two sons, Donald Brink of Lake City, Fla., and Charles Brink of Mountainhome, Ark.; nine grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
