MISS BERTHA BALLINGER, a teacher of languages at Shaw Junior High School for many years, died Sunday in Hahnemann Hospital. She lived at the Fairfax Apartments, 43d and Spruce sts., and had a summer home in Buck Hill Falls. Miss Ballinger served in France with the American Red Cross in the First World War. Services will be held at 10:30 A.M. Thursday at Oliver H. Bair's, 1820 Chestnut st.
