Mary "Mollie" E. Engleman Ballew was the daughter of Jacob Engleman and Susan Belibe. Her death certificate says she was born in Sturges, McDonald Co., MO but Sturges is in Livingston Co., so perhaps the location was near Sturges, in the neighborhing county. She married John Cyrus Ballew on 06 May 1891. They were the parents of eight children, several of which are buried in the family plot in Hale Cemetery, Carroll Co., MO.
