Fargo, N.D., June 24-- Mrs. Mary A., beloved wife of Col. W. F. Ball, passed into the unknown yesterday afternoon at the family residence, 623 Eighth street south, after a long illness from gastritis and a complication of the disease.

She took an interest in all that was for the betterment of the city and was a woman who held the esteem and respect of all who knew her.
