Kevin was born in Klamath Falls and lived his life in Tulelake.
He enjoyed farming and worked for the Tulelake Irrigation District. He loved spending time with his son John.
He is survived by his son John Baley, age 14, of Redding; his mother Kathryn Baley of Anderson Calif.; his brothers John C. Baley and wife Deborah of Anchorage, Alaska, Brian Baley and wife Diane of Fallon, Nev., and his twin brother Keith Baley and wife Donna of Klamath Falls; nieces Angela, Staci and Brianna; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father Johnny Baley of Tulelake and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Kevin enjoyed many hobbies throughout his life such as snow skiing, water skiing, bowling, boating and hunting and fishing.
His happy smile and ability to laugh and joke will be long remembered by his family and many friends.
