Martha E. Baldwin, 87, of Poplar Avenue, Hummelstown died Tuesday, July 14, 2009 at the Community General Osteopathic Hospital, Harrisburg.
Born August 4, 1921 in Harrisburg, she was a daughter of the late Elmer and Martha (Minick) Schreffler.
Martha was a member of the Shellsville VFW Auxiliary, Middletown Moose Auxiliary, and the Fuzzy Few Organization, Hummelstown.
She was the widow of Charles Baldwin and was also preceded in death by her son: Gary Baldwin.
Surviving are: several grandchildren; brothers: Harry Schreffler of Harrisburg, Paul Schreffler of Huntingdon and Jay Schreffler of Harrisburg; sisters: Doris, wife of Joseph, Golda of Halifax and Pearl, wife of Francis Eways of Charlottesville, Virginia.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, July 17, 2009 at Buse Funeral Home, 2 East Main Street, Hummelstown preceded by a viewing from 10:00 AM.
Interment will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
