Mrs. "Elan" C Baker has a CSA widow's pension application on line in the GA Archives under Jones County. She gives proof of marriage to John Baker in 1869. She says he served in Company K of the 8th GA State Troops. He fought in the Battle of Griswoldville, GA ( Near Macon, Ga.) His witness says he drew a pension because of a disabled arm from that battle. She gives his date of death as June 15, 1911 at his home, in Jones County.
Her Confederate Pension Record is # 182692-0072 in the GA Archives at the below link:
