Larry J. Baker 1941 ~ 2007 Larry James Baker, 66, passed away Dec. 31, 2007, in Murray, UT. He was born June 7, 1941, in Denver, CO to Charles Marlin Baker and Lois Juanita Ingalls Baker. He married Gloria Martinez and was later divorced. Four children were born to this union. For 25 years his loving companion was Lona Baker. Larry was an electrician by trade and was also an entrepreneur and prominent business owner. Larry's hobbies included coaching baseball, boating, hunting, golfing, playing poker, singing and dancing. He loved being involved in politics and for several years was a member of the board of directors for IBEW Local #354. Survivors include his daughter, Debbie Domingo; sons, Russ Baker, Neil (Diane) Baker, and Brian Baker; grandchildren, Jeff and Ashlee Domingo, Russell, Linzi, Katie, Jaimee, and Zak Baker; great-grandchildren, Analycia and Andreas Domingo, Zamora and Isiah Martinez; sisters, Sharon (Arlen) Rico and Renee (Leonard) Wicker, brother, Roger (Betty Jean) Baker, many nieces and nephews; loving companion, Lona Baker and her children, Tiffany, Troy and Todd. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral services will be held Fri. Jan. 4, 2008, at 2 p.m. at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 E. 10600 S., Sandy. Visitation will be held on Thursday, Jan. 3, from 6-8 p.m. and Fri. one hour prior to services at the mortuary. Interment will be at Lake Hills Cemetery.
