Dona Blackett Baker, age 85, of Springville, died Saturday, January 22, 1994, at Mountain View Hospital in Payson, Utah. She was born August 25, 1908 in Springville, to John William and Agnes Edwards Blackett. She married James Merle Baker June 7, 1926, in Springville. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Provo LDS Temple. He died in 1977. She is survived by two sons and three daughters: Blaine Baker and wife Donna of Payson; John Baker and wife Karen of Orem; Mrs. Earl (Glenna) Hansen of American Fork; Mrs. Don (Delpha) Shepherd of Springville; Mrs. Karl (Deon) Peay of Springville; a daughter-in-law, Iva Baker; one twin sister, Dora Bullock of Tooele; 32 grandchildren; 81 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son and one daughter, Linda Baker and Melvin Bud Baker.
