Elizabeth Ann "Honey" Martin Baker, 66, of 569 Dantzler St., Orangeburg, died Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2008, at her residence.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 28, at St. John's United Methodist Church in Orangeburg, with the Rev. Fred McDaniel and the Rev. Ralph "Pete" Lovern officiating. The casket will be placed in the church one hour before the service. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery in Orangeburg. Thompson Funeral Home Inc. in Orangeburg is in charge.

Active pallbearers will be Mike Martin, Tommy Ballew, Robert Martin, Jerry Martin, Andrew Shuler, Vernon McGugan Jr. and Ricky McGugan.

She was born Dec. 25, 1941, in Orangeburg, the daughter of the late Allen L. Martin and the late Eunice Williams Martin. She was a member of St. John's United Methodist Church and was retired from Kimlor Mills. She was preceded in death by a brother, Lawrence A. Martin.

Survivors include two sons, Mark and Mary Baker of North, Jeff Baker of North; two granddaughters, Brook and Kayla Baker of North; sister-in-law, Cecelia Martin of Orangeburg; and a special friend, Paula Tobacci of Alabama.
