William H. Baker, 74, of Bowling Green passed away October 17, 2013. William was born in Shelby, Ohio to the late Raymond and Beatrice (Swanger) Baker. He married Patricia Roberts and she preceded him in death on April 24, 2013. William is survived by three son, Kevin Baker of Perrysburg, Bryan Baker of Nova, Ohio and Wayne Baker of Shiloh, Ohio; a daughter: Nanette Baker of Ashland, Ohio; sisters: Judy Binion, Marilyn Lively and Christina Yosick and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. William proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He was a member of the Weston Church of Christ and the Weston American Legion Post #409. William enjoyed fishing and cheering on the Cleveland Browns and Indians. William was very family oriented and a simple man. His family was the most important thing to him. The memories he shared with them will be remembered by all. Visitation for William will be on Monday October 21, 2013 from 10am until the time of his funeral service at 12noon in the Weston Church of Christ, 13355 Center St., Weston, Ohio 43569. Interment with Military Honors will follow in Weston Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Weston Church of Christ Ladies Missionary Society, 13355 Center St., Weston, Ohio 43569 or to the Wood County Humane Society, 801 Van Camp Rd., Bowling Green, Ohio 43402 Arrangements were entrusted with DECK-HANNEMAN FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 1460 West Wooster St., Bowling Green, Ohio 419-352-2171.
