Betty Baker, 60, 46 W. Franklin St., died Saturday at W.S. Major Hospital. Murphy Mortuary with the Rev. James Horner officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery.
Member of the Calvary Baptist Church, had been employed for 34 years at Major Hospital, retiring in 1985. Selected "Employee of the Year" in 1984.
Daughter of Kenneth and Gertrude (Kuhn) Larkey, she was born in Shelbyville, September 12, 1926. Married February 13, 1942 to Harold Baker, who preceded her in death in 1962.
Surviving are a son, Mike Baker, Shelbyville; three grandchildren; a brother, Jack Kuhn, Indianapolis and a sister, Mrs. Lawrence (Lois) Brown, Shelbyville.
