He is buried next to his mother "Elizabeth Baker Lapp" and maternal grandparents, William and Ann Elizabeth Wagner Kiser.William had a younger brother by the name of Howard Wagner Baker and sister-in-law, Katherine Gibson. His paternal grandparents were Abraham Price Baker (1811-1889) and Anna Eliza Kidd (1818-1898)of Hollidaysburg, PA.
