Dennis was the oldest son of Howard G. and Mary (Fry) Baker. He was a graduate of Concord HS Class of 1970. He worked for Merrimack County in various positions for over 40 years. Most recently at the County Merrimack Home.
He was predeceased by his parents and a brother, George A. Baker.
Survivors include his brother Michael J. Baker and his wife Anita of Penacook; and his sister Nomi R. Mathews and her husband Larry of Concord.
