Billy Leo Baker, 68, of OKC was born on Oct. 11, 1936 and passed away on Jan. 4, 2005. He was the son of Herman Leo and Thelma Irene Baker. He was a Graduate of Central High School and OU School of Pharmacy. Bill served in the Navy on the USS Henderson #785 and was a sonar operator. He received the China Service Metal. He was a Pharmacist in the OKC area and worked with his Dad in the Baker Drug Co. and later took over the Co. on his Dads retirement. He was a long time member of Trinity Baptist Church and later attended the Antioch Christian Church with his family. Bill dedicated his life to his family and business. He was preceded in death by his dad, Herman and daughter Michelle. He is survived by his wife Linda D. and daughter Ashley of the home; mother Thelma; brother James and wife Freddie; sons Philip and wife Stephanie, Chris & Jason; daughters Debra Ann, Sherri, Robin and Debra D; 9 grandchildren; 2 great granddaughters; 1 aunt Gene and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral Services are 1:00PM, Saturday, January 8, 2005 at Antioch Christian Church. Located at 3616 SW 119th in OKC. Pastor Danny Hinkle officiating. Interment to follow at Chapel Hill Cemetery. Services are under the direction of the John M. Ireland Funeral Home & Chapel.
