William M. Baker, of Gettysburg, entered into Heavenly rest September 10.
He was the son of the late Marshall Sanders and Margre Ohler.
Mr. Baker was a veteran of World War II serving in the U.S. Army. For 20 years, he was employed in the foundry at R.H. Sheppard Company in Hanover.
William was the husband of Viola Lockman Baker and, in addition to her, is survived by four children; Andrea Baker of Fairfield, Victoria A. DeGroft of Littlestown, Bill Baker of Gettysburg, and Linda Baker of Littlestown; six grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; a brother Robert Ohler of Hanover; a sister, Mary Barlow of Weirton, WV; and a number of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Kathy Baker, and a brother, Richard Ohler.
