Obituary: "Frances Morrison Baird died October 2, 2001 in Norman, Oklahoma. Services are 10 a.m. Saturday at Elmwood Funeral Home, 5750 Hwy 277 South. Graveside services will follow in the Oddfellows Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:30 until 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. She was a life-long resident of Abilene, Texas. In January of 1943, she married Philip A. Baird. She was a member of First Central Presbyterian Church of Abilene. She was a member of the Gideon's Auxiliary. She is survived by her husband, Philip A. Baird; her son, Philip M. Baird of Fairfax Station, VA; and a daughter, Jane Baird Linn of Norman, Oklahoma. Also surviving are six grandchildren. Preceding her in death are her parents, Jack Morrison and Molly Clayton Morrison, and sisters, Lillian Morrison, Madge Ganey and Fay Burd."
Frances is buried along side her husband in the Morrison Family Plot at Abliene Municpal Cemetery, Abliene, Texas.
