Mary Baird
Mrs. Mary Hill Baird, 86, of Waxahachie died yesterday in Hereford [sic].
Services will be at 1 p.m. tomorrow in First Presbyterian Church with the Rev. George Belford, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in West Park Cemetery by Gililland-Watson Funeral Home.
Mrs. Baird, born in Houston, had been a resident of Hereford many years before returning to Houston. She moved to Waxahachie in 1974 from Houston. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church and was a 50-year member of Order of the Easter [sic] Star. Her husband, H.C. Baird, died in 1970.
Survivors include a son, J.R. Baird of Roy, Wash.; a daughter, Mrs. John King of Waxahachie; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
