Altoona Mirror, Tuesday, 24 August 1920:

"Aden Blair Baird, one of Greenwood's best known residents, died at the Mercy hospital yesterday afternoon at 2 o'clock following a short illness from a complication of diseases. He had resided at Greenwood for many years, where he was employed on the J.M. Hutchison farm. He was born near Hollidaysburg on Aug. 4, 1860, the son of Martin and Elizabeth Baird, both deceased. He is survived by his wife, who was formerly Miss Dessa Wilt of Greenwood, one daughter, Mary, a student at the Mercy hospital, Altoona; four brothers, Vance, Daniel, Kellerman and James Baird, all of Altoona, and the following sisters: Mrs. John Strong of Juniata, Mrs. Mary Newman of Harrisburg, Mrs. Frank Marble of Chautauqua, N.Y., Mrs. William Delozier and Mrs. Vicey Tate, both of Altoona. The funeral will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Roher & Mauk undertaking parlors in Juniata. Interment will be made in the Hutchison cemetery."


Note: Age 10 months on the 1860 census, so obviously born in 1859, not 1860 as stated in the obit.
