Born to Joseph L. and Mary Lund Thorpe. Married Forest E. "Buss" Bair on 23 March 1943 in Preston, Idaho. Former secretary, vice president, and president of Utah Motor Transport Women's Auxiliary.

Survived by husband, daughter, two sons, two brothers and two sisters.

Funeral services held on Saturday, 04 Dec 1965, at Valley View 4th Ward Chapel in Salt Lake City. Internment at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park in Salt Lake City.
