Frances Jackson Bailey, 82, of Lakeland, Ga., passed away early Friday morning, April 26, 2013 at Louis Smith Memorial Hospital. She was born December 3, 1930 to the late L. W. and Rosa Carter Jackson. She was a teacher with the Lanier County Board of Education for 30 years. She was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church in Lakeland. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by a sister, Katherine J. Cox, and two brothers, L.W. Jackson and, J.B. Jackson.
