BAILEY----Vivian L. Bailey, age 70 of Fleming Island, FL went home to be with her Lord and Savior on August 3, 2011. She was born in Jacksonville, FL on March 17, 1941 to Richard R. Volsicka and Leona Meggs Volsicka. Vivian was a graduate of Andrew Jackson High School. She retired from State Farm Insurance Co. following many years of dedicated service. Vivian enjoyed her membership at Hibernia Baptist Church and her fundraising efforts for the children of the Shrinerz Hospitals. Vivian most enjoyed raising her family and the yearly trips she and her husband took with their many friends. Survivors in addition to her loving husband of 52 years, Frank C. Bailey are her daughters Leslie (Donny) Vinson and Lisa (Jeremy) Byrnildson; her grandchildren Connor and Noah Vinson, and Colby and Lindsay King; and her sister Kathy Nichols. She will be deeply missed by all. Funeral services will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Monday August 8, 2011 at Hibernia Baptist Church, 7100 Highway 17 South, Fleming Island, FL with Pastor Scott Yerka officiating. Interment will follow at Jacksonville Memory Gardens. Family members will greet friends on Monday morning from 10:00 AM until the hour of service at the church.
