Elinore Glorius Duff Bailey, 84, a longtime Washington resident, who was active in church and volunteer organizations, died of emphysema and pnuemonia Sept 15 in a nursing home in Salt Lake City. She lived in Washington until entering the nursing home last year.
She was a member of Sacred Heart and Blessed Sacrament parishes in Washington. She was a Red Cross Gray Lady at Providence Hospital and president of the hospital's women's board.
Her first husband Edwin H Duff died in 1944. Her second husband Wilson W Bailey died in 1982.
Survivors include a son Donald Ayars Duff of Salt Lake City and two stepchildren Robert H Duff of Washington and Dorothy Duff Smith of Baltimore MD
