Don Bailey, age 69, of Harriman, passed away Thursday, April 25, 2013, at Roane Medical Center. He was preceded in death by parents, Willard and Loretta Bailey; niece, Kim Harmon; and nephew Bryan Plemens. He was a member of South Harriman Baptist Church and the National Rifle Association.
