Lewis Charles Bailey

At age 93, after a day of welcoming guests at home with his special friends, John and Marianne Brooks, Lew left for "the land of the living." We miss him dearly, but are glad he is reunited with Barbara, his beloved wife of 62 years. Lew was a farmer, WWII Navy Veteran, sheep shearer, hunter, trapper and friend to many. He is survived by a daughter, Bonnie April (Gordon) Ward; a son, Fredrick Scott (Gwyneth) Bailey; grandchildren Faith Dodd (David Williams); Miranda Dodd (Shindouk Lamine); Alicia (Bradley) MacIsaac; Justin (Alexis) Bailey; Erin (Nicolas) Naguib; John Lionel Brooks; five great grandchildren and many other family and friends. Lew was pre-deceased by two daughters, Twinette and Alice.
