Mr. Bailey was preceded in death by his wife, Joy, nee Schmieg, Bailey; his parents, Charles and Jane, nee Sheehan, Bailey; a grandson, Harry A. Newton, Jr.; two brothers, Donald Bailey and William Bailey; and two sisters, Catherine Lawson and Margaret Drennan.
Surviving are four sons, George C. Bailey, Terry (Donna) Bailey, Stephen (Debbie) Bailey and Micheal (Michele) Bailey; four daughers, Diane (Harry) Newton, Kathleen (Tom) Morris, Mary (Dale) Tripp and Barbara (Kent) Wegley; a brother, Robert (Anne) Bailey; a sister, Elizabeth Laskowski; two brothers-in-law, Albert Lawson and Jack Drennan; two sister-in-law, Gerry (Dan) Augustine and Shirley (Charles) Wolf; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
