Ethel B. Baehler, 98, passed away peacefully Wednesday, April 16, 2008, at Towne House Retirement Community. Her family remembers her as a devoted wife and a warm, loving mother and grandmother, who nurtured them and shaped their lives.
She was a lifelong member of the Waynedale United Methodist Church and treasured the many friendships she made in the church community.
She is survived by two sons, Walter and Gary, and one daughter, Sharon, four grandchildren, and two step-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 66 years, Harold.
Funeral service was 2 p.m. Monday at Waynedale United Methodist Church, Fort Wayne.
