Mrs. Blanche BACON, 75, Plymouth, died at Plymouth Parkview hospital this morning. She was a sister of Ralph SMITH, R.R. 5, Rochester.

Mrs. Blanche M. BACON, 75, Plymouth, died at Parkview hospital Friday at 11:20 a.m. after an extended illness. Born Dec. 17, 1890, in Fulton county, she was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thurman SMITH. She had lived in the Plymouth community 42 years. Her marriage was April 12, 1913, to Fred B. BACON, who died in 1963. She was a member of the Pretty Lake E.U.B. church. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Margaret WOODS, Largo, Fla., and Mrs. Leota AMOR, Columbus, O.; one son, Fred BACON, Plymouth; one brother, Ralph SMITH, Rochester; four sisters, Mrs. Hazel CARTER, Van Nuys, Cal.; Mrs. Grace SHIMER, Mrs. Lena ALSPACH and Mrs. Glen MERLEY, all of Akron; nine grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. Services will be Monday at 2 p.m. in the Pretty Lake E.U.B. church with the Rev. J. F. BEAR officiating. Burial will be in the Athens cemetery. Friends may call at the Van Gilder funeral home after 7 p.m. today and at the church an hour before the service.
