Alene E. Bell, 79, passed away Sunday, November 11, 2012.
She was born April 3, 1933 in Ogden to Carl O. and Mildred Hermansen Backman.
She married Harry Bell in 1952. A lifelong Farmington Resident, she was a member of the LDS Church.
Alene worked at Miller Floral, Universal Floral and was a cook at Kaysville Jr. High. After retirement she worked part-time for the Edison-Standford Hearing Center.
Alene is survived by her children: Kandie (Marcos) Solis, Kaysville; George (Judy) Bell, North Salt Lake; Jay (Jill) Bell, Farmington; Tracey (Jackie) Bell, Farmington; stepchildren: Judy (David) Jeffries and Georgene (Glen) Clarkson both of Oregon; 18 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, son Brian and her sister Wanda.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 15, 2012 at 11 a.m. at the Farmington Rock Chapel, 272 N. Main. Friends may visit with family on Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. at Lindquist's Kaysville Mortuary, 400 North Main and at the church Thursday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. prior to services.
Interment, Farmington City Cemetery.
