Lorraine, 68, of Brighton, passed away at her home. She was born to Lasher Atencio and Rose Fernandez and married Pino Bachicha on January 7, 1961 in Ft. Lupton. She worked for 22 years as an Administrative Assistant to the Chief of Police in Ft. Lupton. Lorraine then worked for another 11 years in the Ft. Lupton RE8 School District.
Survivors included her husband of 51 years; children Crystal Bachicha pf Arvada, Teena Bachicha of Henderson, Sonny Bachicha of Brighton, and Lenny Bachicha of Thornton; mother Rose Sandoval; sisters Debbie Fritz and Gaylene Sandoval; brother Pat (Joni) Sandoval; and eight grandchildren.
Visitation on July 12 at Tabor-Rice Funeral Home was followed by Mass of Christian Burial on July 13 at St. Augustine Catholic Church.
