Memorial services for Adelina M. Baca, 67, will be conducted at 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 10, 2013, at St Helen Catholic Church in Portales, NM with Reverend James McGowan officiating. Adelina was born on May 10, 1946, in Enoino, NM. She was the daughter of the late Juan and Rosa Montano, and passed away on Monday, November 25, 2013, at Covenant Specialty Hospital in Lubbock, TX.
She is survived by her husband of 27 years, Juan Baca of Clovis, NM; six sons: Gary (Sharla) Ryen 'of Midland, IX, Wayne (Angie) Ryen of Ruidoso, NM, Kenny (Michelle) Ryen of Ruidoso, NM, Steven (Diane) Ryen of Roswell, NM, Allan (Kim) Ryen of Roswell, NM, and Cody (Eva) Ryen of Tucumcari, NM; four daughters: Sheila Ryen of
Portales, NM, Ashley (Nathan) Chavarria of Carlsbad, NM, Candelaria Moralez of Alexandria, VA and Bianca (Daniel) Motovilov of Clovis, NM; 24 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
She is also survived by eight siblings: Isaac Montano of Portales, NM, Rudy (Judy) Montano of Portales, NM , Jerry (Diana) Montano of Bossier,LA , Seferino (Sylvia) Montano Portales, NM, Lucy Cancino of Lubbock, TX, Rose Carter of
Portales, NM., Pasty Jaquez of Hobbs, NM and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two daughters: Juanita Montano Ryen and Sherry Ann Ryen; grandson Dokken Ryen; two brothers: Philandro Montano and Elfigo Montano; sister-In-law, Conception Montano; brother-In-law, Ralph
Carter; nephews: Levy Cordova, Esequiel Cordova Jr., Philandro Montano Jr, Manuel Jojola and Shannon Carter.
