Connie was surrounded by her loving family, who will miss her dearly!
Connie was born on October 22, 1932 in Albuquerque to Dennis and Margaret Baca.
On July 18, 1951 she married Joseph A. Baca Jr.
Connie attended St. Vincent Academy in Albuquerque and continued her education at Loretto Heights College in Denver, CO. At sixteen she was chosen as their representative, to christen Braniff Airlines flights to South America, as a direct descendent of Cabeza de Vaca, who was one of the famous conquistadors who discovered parts of the United States. Connie devoted many years as a lector and choir member at San Clemente Catholic Church in Los Lunas.
Connie and her husband, Joe, worked side-by-side for 35 years in their various businesses in Los Lunas. Her favorite pass time throughout her life included singing, dancing, acting, but most of all spending time with her family and friends and "RVing" with her husband, Joe.
Words would never be adequate enough to describe the Christ like, unconditional love she so generously gave to everyone, and her loving devotion to her husband, family and numerous friends.
