Mary Elizabeth Bailey, 67, of Lewiston, passed away on April 21, 2008 at her residence. She was born on September 17, 1940 to Truman and Ella (Green) Bush in Ganges Twp, MI. She married Richard Bailey on August 8, 1964. She has lived in Lewiston since 2002 formerly of Warren, MI. Mary test drove card for Ethel Laboratories for a few years, and always enjoyed doing arts and crafts. She liked crossword puzzles and was a movie buff. She attended the 50+ Club in Lewiston at times. She enjoyed trips to the casino as well as her dogs, Muffin and Fluffy. Mary loved to spend time with her grandchildren.
Mary is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth (Paul) Griffor and son, Richard Bailey, both of Lewiston, MI; 5 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; two brothers, Stephen (Martha) Bush and Donald Bush, both of Ionia, MI; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard, and ten brothers and sisters.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 23, 2008 at the Green Funeral Home, Lewiston, MI, Pastor Robert Butler officiating. Interment will take place at Albert Twp East Cemetery. Visitation hours will be held from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home
