He married Eva May Delano in Dec. 28 1911. They had two daughters, Ruth (who married Glen Seyferth), and Ethel (who married Floyd Kistner and latter married Stewart J Bowker).
Mr Beaty was a pioneer and prominent businessman and cattleman in the vast Beaty holding in southwest Kansas and eastern Colorado.
He was proceeded in death by his parents, and brother Russel T. (R T) Beaty and sister Ethel (Beaty) Hickok and Ida (who passed away at 18 months).
His wife passed away in 1948.
Funeral serive was at the Lakin Presbyterian Church with burial in the family Mausoleum in the Lakin Cemetery.
