Thelma Ayers, precious mother, Nanaw, sister and friend, went to her Savior's loving arms Saturday, Aug. 16, 2014. Funeral: 11:30 a.m. Tuesday in Mount Olivet Chapel. Interment: Mount Olivet Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Mount Olivet. Thelma owned two Dairy Queens in Haltom City. She served at Braum's for 16 years. Thelma was a woman of faith and was a member at Birdville Church of Christ and at Haltom City Senior Citizens Center. She was married to the late Hugh Gerald Ayers. Survivors: Daughter and son-in-law, Kim Soule and Jeff; son, Bryan Ayers; sons and daughters-in-law, Mark Ayers and Vivian, Gary Ayers and Marci; grandchildren, Dala, Nick, Emily, Chris, Michelle, Jessie, Trent, Devin; six great-grandchildren; brother, Stack Bateman; sister, Shirley Williams; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
